How to prepare:
- Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.
- Chop 1/2 to 2 teaspoons dried root.
- Place the root pieces in the saucepan, and leave the water at a boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let it steep for 10-25 mins.
- Strain and serve
