FREE and NON Express shipping is 7-21 business days and Express shipping is 5-10 business days sometimes longer depending on your country and customs. I know free shipping is slow but a little patience does it. Free shipping customers will need to contact their local Post Office or Daisy Healthy Living with tracking number attached to notes on your account for an update. Express and paid tracking customers will be able to track online with tracking attached to notes on your account.

REFUNDS ARE NOT issued in the event that a customer does not receive his/her package. Its is the customers duty to contact us if they have not recieved their package after 21 days, we will open an investigation and advise accordingly. If the package is returned, customer will be contacted and package resent.

If your package is lost or stolen after being delivered to the post office or your home we will not be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, If your package is damaged, you will receive a replacement of products based on eligibility.

If you are making an international order please note we use Jamaica Post. Once a package leaves Jamaica to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it (Free Shipping customers)the system is updated once package is delivered. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items.
