How to prepare Sea Moss

  1. Rinse sea moss in water thoroughly to remove any excess sea salt.
  2. Soak overnight in spring or distilled water to rehydrate. The sea moss will more than double in size and become softer
  3. Add sea moss to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Store in container and refrigerate. It will form a gel the following day in which you can take from to add to what you are preparing.
    You can also use the the rehydrated sea moss and add directly to your item instead of making a gel. Whichever you prefer.
