How to prepare Dandelion Root

How to prepare:

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Chop 1/2 to 2 teaspoons dried root.
  3. Place the root pieces in the saucepan, and leave the water at a boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and let it steep for 10-25 mins.
  5. Strain and serve
