DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12noon will be processed and delivered same day. All orders placed after 12noon will be scheduled for delivery the following down or if can be accommodated otherwise. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.
ZIPMAIL SHIPPING
Orders will be sent to the buyer’s Post Office via Zip Mail. Delivery available in Kingston, Spanish Town and Portmore unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email. we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).
KNUTSFORD EXPRESS

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.
