Shipping Information

Processing time for retail purchases is 1-3 business days, wholesale 5-7 business days. Standard shipping time is 7-21 business days and Express shipping is 1-5 business days sometimes longer depending on your country and customs. I know standard shipping is slow but a little patience does it. Tracking information will attached to notes on your account for an update.

REFUNDS ARE NOT issued in the event that a customer does not receive his/her package until investigation is conducted. It is the customers duty to contact us if they have not received their package after 30 days, we will open an investigation and advise accordingly. If the package is returned, customer will be contacted and package resent.

If your package is lost or stolen after being delivered to the post office or your home we will not be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, If your package is damaged, you will receive a replacement of products based on eligibility.

If you are making an international order please note we use Jamaica Post. Once a package leaves Jamaica to go to your country the US postal site will sometimes not give updates. Feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
